( https://www.chronogolf.ca/club/19106/events/1014162 )\nPublic Description\n\nMen’s Year Long Match Play\nConveners: Paul Wilkins, Richard Smith\nDate:\n• Starting end of May and Individually Scheduled on dates through the year\n• Match deadline dates will be posted by outside pro shop and online via email\nTee Times: Each match scheduled at players convenience\nCost:\nFood/Beverage: N/A\nFormat: Gross Match Play for Championship Flight, Net Match Play for Flighted Division\nTees:\n• Championship flight: Blue Tees\n• Net Flight: White Tees\n• 18-hole Match Play\n• A year-long elimination event\n• Matches are drawn based on handicap flight\n• Individual matches take place at mutually agreed times\n• Winners move on to the next match\nPrizes:\n• Shop credits for 1st and 2nd place finishers – amount pending on particiapation\nNotes:\n• Deadline dates for matches to be played will be posted on the brackets outside pro shop and online through Golf Genius.\n• Players that do not play their matches within the required time the pro shop will have to flip a coin to determine the winner of the match.\n• Disputes will have to be submitted to the pro shop and decisions will be made by the Match Play Committee.\n\n
